The Eagle's Flight
On July 13th, the Canadian Consulate sent me a letter, advising me to pay the Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF), just received this letter today.
The fee is applied to the principal and spouse and the value is Can$ 975.00 each.
It is refundable in the event that we decide not to proceed to Canada and we have 30 days forward to remit the payment to Canadian Consulate General, branch #0033, account #37.70.18.02 (certified check or direct deposit).
For the exact due in reais, we must contact the consulate at (11) 55094343.
The immigrant visa, if applicable, will be valid until May 30th, 2006.
The permanent resident visa has the same validity period as the medical results (12 months).
At this stage we are not allowed yet to give up the employment, dispose of property or make any other commitment until the visa has been issued.
The eagle will flight soon...

The dreams are the best part of the reality
No more applications will be necessary.
We accomplished all the stages of the immigration process.
Now, we are awaiting for the Consulate to emit the Visa and then open Canada gates for us.
It was not easy, we spended money, time and we had to have a lot of patience.
That's what we need to make dreams come true.

To boldly go where no one of our family has gone before...
Last June, 22nd we received a call from the Consulate asking us about the medical exams.
Finaly on June, 25th Marta did it and this week will apply for an interview with the doctor and then all we have to do is wait for the Visa approval and end of this immigration process.
Thank You, Lord !
